PLACING AN ORDER WITH AA SPORTS
To place an order for a product via the AASPORTS Website, select on the desired product, then select the size and quantity and complete your order by accepting the Terms and Conditions and submit your order for confirmation. AA SPORTS cannot guarantee that all products listed via the Website are available and in stock. Where a product has been discontinued; is out of stock or unavailable for purchase; AA SPORTS will contact you within a reasonable timeframe to either arrange for your funds to be transferred to your nominated bank account or arrange for an alternative product that may be of interest to you instead, notwithstanding that the cost associated may vary.
AA SPORTS reserves the right to accept or reject an order without reason. However, AASPORTS will contact you should such an event take effect, including but not limited to situations where a product has an incorrect price attached to the product, an error, a product has been made available for purchase incorrectly.
DELIVERY
AA SPORTS aims to deliver your product to you as soon as practical via standard postal services, however please allow up to 10 business days to receive your product. You may also elect to have your product delivered via Express Post, please indicate your method of delivery upon submitting your order via the Website.
REFUND & RETURN
AA SPORTS may at their discretion provide you with a refund, replacement (if available) or exchange in the following scenarios:
- The product is vastly different to the illustrative image, notwithstanding minor disparities may occur.
- The product is damaged or faulty and not in an appropriate condition for its purpose.
- The product is not of the description of your order.
Please email [email protected] with your order and/or receipt number within 7 days of receiving the product and reasoning for the refund, return or exchange. AA SPORTS will not provide a refund, replacement or exchange for products held by the customer greater than 7 days. .
